Hi everybody, brand new here and to real estate altogether.

Brand new wanna be investor in Orlando FL that has been reading books and game planning with girlfriend partner.  

I am taking a sledgehammer to it tomorrow to make room for a brand new single wide mobile home I just bought for $32,000 bringing my total investment to $35,000. 

It has a pool, would have 5 BR (currently it has 3 BR and an office), 2.5 bathrooms. 

What can we expect with the surrounding real estate market when Amazon builds a brand new distribution center? 

What’s your favorite brand and how has it held up over the years?

Newer and newer requirements are becoming mandatory slowly in design be it high energy efficiency, material which gives more light-air but blocks noise pollution, unhindered connectivity, better insulation, common areas designed for privacy.Which trends you think will be in future of construction specially in term of Design phase and Materials which will allow designers and developers to deliver future requirements.
