After working more than 20 years for companies/organizations I would like to take control of my most valuable asset - MY TIME. 

What is the best way to organize the business?  

We are not the biggest group around and we are not a marketing organization.

Everything you do in QuickBooks,(all the filling out forms) QuickBooks produces, behind the scenes reports for you in an organized fashion.
