Any advise or attorney you know who deals with easements?

I recently purchased a house in Hamilton, Ontario.Going to convert single (bungalow) to duplex.Would it be possible to advise if there is anything in below that you think is unnecessary for our investment purpose:Ground Floor:- Has all original items but painted- existing old wood floor (narrow wd strips)- existing laminate countertop with old painted cabinets- existing painted base boards- washrooms fixtures are working fine - painted old vanity cabinetShould I leave all items above leave as is?

I'd recommend talking this through with anyone you're working with that is serving more as a financial adviser or mentor who knows more about your personal situation than you're probably willing to share on a public message board.  

I personally advise against buying a property sight unseen and recommend that clients come out to see the property once it is under contract, and scheduled for an inspection.

@David ReardonIt is usually advised to seek assistance from an accountant/CPA to prepare the partnership return.

The vast majority of our rentals (SFHs in DC proper) are unfurnished, and we advise owners that that's the best way to go.
