ATLANTA GA HOA RENTAL QUOTA RULE

Hi there,

I own the house in Atlanta GA and my community has 80/20 rule for renting the house. Everyone has to apply for renting and they accept for 20% on first come first serve basis.  I wanted to know that If I move out of state due to job and I become legal resident for another state .. still that rule apply to me? or I can rent house regardless of 80/20 rule. ... please advise.
