After I graduated from University of Arizona - Eller of Management (Business) with a degree in business management - I decided to do real estate full-time. 

It's located within a mile from Turner Field which Georgia State University has agreed to buy.

But I am in an area with a major university and a lot of the cycles revolve around the school calendar - we see a little uptick in December, for example. 

We've been thinking it might be a good idea to target a multifamily property near a major campus, like Towson University, but just need to look hard for one.Appreciate the tip for Hagerstown!

In Charleston I hire agents... in Portland we are brokers and list ourselves... universally though most builders will list back if you bring them off market lots at really good prices.
