Lots of vegetation in the way.I see some opportunity as all that property is theirs, but it will take some work to make it cool.There are quite a few ocean front places north of Ocean Shores, like Moclips.

Some places seem to thrive on STR, these tend to be the vacation type cities...maybe HI, ski resorts, gulf coast, Florida, east coastal areas, Jersey Shore, Myrtle Beach. 

I do not own STR's in the area but I have used Shores Vacation Rentals in the past to rent houses.

The tank company set up a temporary small tank to keep the house heated to avoid frozen pipe.

This layout makes it very attractive to traveling medical professionals, digital nomads, and other types of travelers who need temporary furnished housing for 32+ day stays.

We also audit loan portfolios for compliance and value, raise capital for loans, supply personnel from our staff on a temporary basis, guide clients through licensing issues, etc.None of what we do even remotely approaches what apparently you believe to be the focus of this discussion.

Cities typically consider anything less than 30 day stays to be temporary lodging, which falls under a different set of rules than long-term rentals (basically running it as a hotel instead of private residence).

Sometimes we see military members (who don't know I'm a veteran) pull the TDY (Temporary Duty Assignment) paperwork and claim it's the same as a PCS (Permanent Change of Station), because they want to break their lease. 

On a side note, as a temporary workaround for those wanting PDF exports, I use the "print to PDF" functionality on my computer to create PDF files for the applications.
