I guess with the home insurance, requiring renters insurance, an umbrella coverage, and just good management techniques the LLC might be over kill especially when dealing with volume.

QuickBooks and Xero are both great general accounting software options but I'd recommend industry-specific property management software if you want something more tailored to real estate.

Especially as resources tailored to us are less abundandant than our neighbours down south.

Just need to built and learn some techniques.
