I think its pretty much a no to all those questions.on the HML if your a premier borrower of a certain HML U maybe able to get 100%but not until you have a lot of history and completed deals with them.HML are almost always interest only.

With your position in the u iveraitycommunity, you should be able to find great tenants, but the timing is crucial it seems.
