The property i am currently needing a quote on is in norfolk but will have others in the chesapeake, virginia beach, and portsmouth areas of virginia.  

I now take a lot of time away from the biz because I have built a team to take care of it while I am away - headed to the beach for 3 weeks next Saturday.

Miami Beach city is fighting Airbnb to protect the hotel industry.

Didn't even think about going there because we've been having such success with AB&B and VRBO when we are offering our beach home as a vacation rental.It started out as a vacation property for our 5 children and 14 grandchildren and my wife and I to all share at our leisure.

I know this is is somewhat of a niche topic and DC focused, though if anyone else has experience buying HUD foreclosures at auction I'd be interested - especially if they were executed by Anderson & Associates based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

And we have Hartford as top ten worse:( Just saying I can hear the seagulls on the beach in FL right about now...

I own two homes in the Jacksonville area one in Atlantic Beach and one in the Ocean Way area,  The "value" of my home in Atlantic Beach has increased nearly 90k in the past 3 years.
