I suggest for your first property, you find a Realtor to assist with the contract and post contract requirements, this can be done on a flat fee basis since you are finding the property yourself, there are other arrangements too, but it won't cost anything to speak to a Realtor.

I've been doing research for the past couple weeks and i think i'm going to start investing in mobile homes, mainly because i do not have a large amount of start-up money and they seem to be somewhat simpler than the other paths of real estate investment (If you think that last statement isn't true please speak your mind).
