The elderly ladies decided to crank the a/c so cold (64deg F) that the subsequent heavy condensation forming on the old metal venting started dripping through the ceiling tile & dining room light.They finally compromised with a higher temp, bought a dehumidifier & have repainted the ceiling tiles. 

You have to inform them the house did not buy the car or send that young lady to school!

Ladies and Gents,I'm a first time home buyer with the ultimate goal of starting with a duplex.

By the way I think the lady from FlipThisWholesaler operates in Tampa too which is pretty interesting.

Hubby is successful wife is board but loves HG TV and wants to sell houses.. ( many times these ladies end up your top producer and make a bunch of dough)  I know I certainly support my wifes efforts LOL...

Got an older lady, who is hard of hearing and is an out of state absentee owner.

I'm 23, and when I walked in there the first few times they wernt real helpful, desk lady was kinda rude, ect.

Here's how it worked:I bought a house from a lady for $94k.

A house that could be a good deal has been on the market some time.  The problem is that the prior owner had a number of pets, which she allowed to use the floor as a cat box.  The stench is super strong in the house....
