What makes people pay top dollar to rent is the same that makes them pay top dollar to buy.I did not have a lot of late nights, occasional weekends when I was the GC on a flip, but that was only because we have a really tight timeline and I was GC and carpenter.

Talking to people has always been one of my strong suits, my teachers said I was a natural diplomat, however I work with my business during the day and most weekends (my parents made some not so great choices and now I am trying my hardest to pay off our debt and start this venture), so it is difficult for me to go to real estate meet ups, although I am going to be trying to attend them regularly for now on.

More than the property, what about the neighbors that party until 3am every weekend, the street light that blares into the bedroom window or worst are the street lights not working at all and you have to walk in the dark to the house.
