Interesting, I was up on computers in the days of punch cards and mag disks, totally lost today.I'm not sure I even know what you guys are talking about, that said, I have a IT specialist putting a web site together for me, have no idea what it will be set up as, that's his doings.No, I'm not competing with BP.I was thinking of a forum, might have a blog, a place to put out educational (real educational) aspects for RE investors.

Networking, building those relationships, and never knowing when I'll need a referral, partner, someone to bounce ideas of, or someone who may have a lead on something that they want to join on, just can't take on themselves at that time - whatever it is; the more folks I know and make happy, the more odds they'll remember me and hopefully return that kindness/favor one day.I see it similar to the tech industry in some ways - why does (for example) Google or Facebook or whomever else publish loads of research papers about how they build their tech, what they do, and so on.

I don't get the bill for this house but a local property figures out to about 0.18 cents KwH including all those little fees they charge, their published rate is .10.
