You can assume I'm laser focused on this goal and can compromise and hustle. 

I'm focusing on single family deals with a buy and hold plan.

If everyone in the neighborhood has a chain link fence then just leave it for now.But it also depends on what other things may be needing repair... if you have other big ticket items that will need repair then I'd focus your money on those first before worrying about the fence. 

Although I would love to try house hacking, it’s just not doable for us at this time.We are also very interested in commercial investments and possibly boat and rv storage down the road, but the focus now is just getting going.With that being said, I’m not sure we have the ability right now to take complete charge over an entire rehab project.

Its great to have so many different options but it causes be a lot of anxiety deciding on where to focus and build my expertise. ..
