I read many articles on the best cities to invest and I started finding out about companies that specialize in this investment vehicle. 

If you just use the LLC as a title holding vehicle, what is the business purpose of the LLC?   

and non-violent property crimes like petty theft, low grade burglary, low grade vehicle theft, low grade receiving stolen property, etc, RESULT IN NO JAIL TIME. 

If their credit score were very good/excellent then the prospective tenant would be a homeowner especially on a property that costs about the same as an above average vehicle.  

I have personally invested in almost 40 separate deals and love syndications as my main investment vehicle. 

I can't speak for GA, but here in PA mobile homes are considered titled vehicles.   

Say for example if i had a property with 8k property Tax per year, would this still be washed by the vehicles depreciation since i am the sole owner of this trucking company my business and personal tax returns are the same Can anyone add any insight on this?

I hear the tenants are now living in their junk vehicle & delivery food for a pizza joint.Sold the place, invested the cash into yet another property & moved on. 

We have maxed out all tax advantaged savings vehicles and that is insufficient to meet our goals.
