They will send you a message on your web portal that it was received. 

The company is called Land Lord Locks, and you can find them on the web.

This tenant is frequently late with rent and is generally unreliable.

Bank account each month - Notifies us of missing invoices - follows up on maintenance requests - makes calls to utility companies to start or stop service (we use Google voice which allows her to make calls over the web)In the past she’s worked for other REI companies and dealt with contractors, scheduling repairs and clean outs, etc. 

I’ve been searching the Web for more detailed info on this topic and finding only scraps.
