"Real" pictures convey your property a 1,000 times better than a heavily retouched photo ever will. 

On the other hand, if a property has a photo and the property appears to be in good, pristine condition, it seems one would not offer an all cash offer for this type of property, since sellers are looking for top dollar. 

I would suggest beefing up your profile and include a photo for people to see who you are.  

To rotate photo's I have a photo editing app on my phone, a couple clicks and viola!

You need to visit the other listings or at least view the photos of the other listings.

However there are scammers and thieves out there, so learn how to recognize the red flags early, before they book your property.What I've learned is to have sparse furnishings, periodically take comprehensive photos of the inside and outside, have a place for everything and put everything back in its place between guests, keep an inventory (especially of kitchen items), expect that some items will get damaged or will disappear and plan for that when you establish your pricing, establish a security deposit.
