Can you share any high level details about the nature of the trickiness so we can also help others learn on this thread?

It's been a crash and burn learn process but I still started getting reservations within 2 months and a LTR that will be with me until next year. 

I’m still in the exploratory phases of learning about AI and I’m sure will become a bigger fan of it the more I use it.

Thanks AgainI making a career change to Real Estate Investing and still learning, also looking for multiple streams of income in real estate investing, as well as trying to learn all I can, if anyone has insight/directions it would be helpful.

You can also learn how to paint by painting rooms in your parent's house. 

Trying to learn new things and expand my knowledge base to have the best investor mindset possible.

So, if you can learn to manage or get a co-host, you will do better.
