All,I have a townhouse property with large commercial style windows on the front (Think 18ft H x 12ft W).

I'd like to buy one triplex so that risk is spread between 3 tenants but that style of property doesn't really exist here.

Look at your panel and see if it looks like old wiring is coming in the top or if it is newer style Romex.
