@Andrew Johnson If you're worried about sending an online form for them to sign and only agreeing to the primary lease, I would go see them in person and only hand over keys when both the Lease and the Addendum are executed.

Likely, the auction is online as most all FL counties are.The attorney is correct that the property has to go to auction OR you buy directly from the actual owner OR the owner executes a deed in lieu to the lender.
