32 Unit. In house management or 3rd party? ? ?
Good Morning BP,
I'm analyzing a 32 unit building and it is right on the cusp of hiring in house PM or doing 3rd party (10% is average in the area). With a Projected Gross of $250,000, seems like it could potentially be time to bring on in house management.
What size/ Income generation do you start to consider this?
Thanks!

@Cassidy Burns Congrats on the potential deal. If there are any similar size properties you may be able to partner with another owner who is in the same situation and share a resource.
Good luck!
