Lost job, Bought/built a new home and moved in but cant sell the old home, New job in another city and didnt sell the local place prior to the move, Wants to clear some property for $$$ to pay bills/retire etc ....and the list goes on....Listen to what the home looks like, size, appliances, condition etc..

the solution to this problem is very simple and specific: we need 8 million people willing to work for a $1 a day in unimaginably bad conditions w/ no benefits and absolutely no rights and no birth control so they can breed more workers in just 5 years and 9 months.i think we could end the mfg job arguement altogether and send them all to other countries.

No inspector will be able to determine the condition of water lines that are in the walls and floor unless the water is turned on or they otherwise pressure test the lines.

The point I am trying to make is that you cannot rehab a 25K home as a rental and expect to flip it in the same condition, by time you get ready to sell it, you are going to have go back in and reinvest more money in it in order to make it marketable.
