Probably a scam but.

Then I was even more turned off when they spoke about the affiliate program - sounded just like MLM scams that I got involved with in my early 20's.Then I did some research and found BP.   

But in cases like those that have been recently highlighted here on BP, someone with charm and credibility can keep a scam going for a very long time by charming over their clients.  

Every time I have been approached by a "company" paying rent it was a scam of some sort.

The seminars are really just a scam for the promoter to stick his hand in your pocket.Check out this article on a guru seminar my company attended earlier this year.

You never know if those guys are for real or if they're scamming people for $.

Perhaps they are unreliable, inexperienced, addicted to drugs, running a scam etc....Sometimes you get lucky & find yourself a solid handyman, other times you end up paying your actual PM company to go back and correct the mistakes your handyman made.

Unfortunately the bigger BP gets, the more trollers, the more scam artists and more Undesirable members will be joining our community, I wish that wasn't the case. 

Ignore those ads as they are pretty much always a scam.
