It is almost making the 2% rule and I feel it will cash flow.

Also, since there are state and federal rules about the terms you can use when originating a loan, I wonder if note holders also take on some new roles or obligations.

@Stephen RookerA good rule of thumb to use is $100/sqft, though keep in mind there are a significant number of factors that will effect the end number, especially with multi unit construction.  

@Kenny Szymanski I would wait until closing or ask the loan officer if your income would support the new payment. .

Hey guys thanks for all the support I have a property I’m interested in in its a really nice neighborhood borded up in good condition still I looked up the owner and he’s 90 the numbers I got for him we’re off I don’t see any record of death or anything what do I do from here I’m kinda stuck but I really want to know what’s going on with it
