Suggest you either spend more time leaning about real estate investing or find a relative or friend to invest their money with you.

I am open to all knowledge and of course, contacts for future real estate deals. 

Hello BP Community,I'm looking for advice or resources on how to scale our real estate acquisitions team.

Got into this business via DIY rentals, but did find an experienced real estate attorney from day one.Also joined a local Real Estate Investors group that saved us lots of headaches!

I actually used the FTHB tax credit in 2009 ($8k tax credit at the time) which kick-started my real estate career.

We pride ourselves in keeping the forums positive, helpful, and focused on real estate (please, no politics, religion, etc.).

As I approach my 20th year as a real estate broker in Texas and my 30th year as a small business owner, I've decided to think outside the box and use what I have to get what I want.  

I am going to declare that it is no longer a sellers market and that it is a neutral real estate market now.

I also see "DECEASED PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION NOTICE" and petitions for "TEMPORARY LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP ESTATE" ... ok, I officially have no idea what I'm looking for!!!
