Bought a 7-bedroom house near the airport/UNLV, lived in the master and rented out the other rooms. 

I have a Master's degree in Accounting and have passed all four parts of the CPA Exam.

Weathered wood look solid core vinyl plank floors...gray, beige and brown in a medium light shade...everywhere except master where there is carpet.

Every room has its own full bath and the master bedroom is gigantic.

It was a complete fixer upper and I was able to add a highend master bathroom.

We are remodeling one of the studios completely, remodeling the master bath of the 3 bedroom, scraping and painting the exterior, reinstalling the privacy fences, fixing the balconies & added a shared laundry room for all 4 tenants.

I don't like the price of Sunpower either but definitely recognize they're a great panel.I’m enjoying my Silfabs, paid off in less than a year (tagged 21 onto an order for 8 MW so less than wholesale pricing on the mods, spliced together some remnant racking, installed them with some solar bros on a Saturday and had our master wire them up for me to return a favor so total out of pocket was under $4k before ITC for a 6kW system). 

Use a Master Lease Option on pricey properties or other creative financing structures to get the deal under contract.
