We just started our first rehab and we will definitely stage when it's time to sell but I would never pay someone to do it- Someone on another thread suggested downloading the Pinterest app and the Houzz app for rehab ideas but both are also useful for ideas on how to stage.

Update, it was unavailable on my iphone through the podcast app/itunes and the website as it wouldn't pull up on the episode page, BUT am now listening to it after clicking to listen in a new window.

I'm not terribly experienced in RE, and even less so when it comes to redeveloping a piece of land into a 5 mobile home asset (not exactly a *park*, where you rent space, but a parcel of land on which you place a number of mobile homes and rent the trailers to tenants).

Anyway, I'm no realyor, but I lam always researching this market and there are definitely places to still buy and be able to take advantage of an upwardly mobile market that aren't fixer uppers.
