I do think you have an idea worth exploring, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is some potential customers turned off by the look/feel of the industrial containers as opposed to traditional building so it may limit your customer base some.

You’re right, I will just ask the selling agent to show me where it’s stated in the AOS.For the leases, I didn’t really like the thought of inheriting tenants because I didn’t get to do a credit/background check or check their application.

@Glen Parmenter,If your 401k is with your current employer - you are limited to the investment options offered by your 401k custodian.If the 401k is with the past employer you should be able to move it to an IRA.
