No mortgage will be issued for greater than their underwriting guidelines including Appraisal and a percentage of that Appraisal.2.

Again, the issues here would be if those properties were structured incorrectly or filed incorrectly....but I think it would certainly be worth having a conversation with a different lender about it.

So I figured getting people who are more knowledgeable about the process should help avoid those issues.  

Does anyone think that by going the route of using insurance for the new roof will cause a long term scaling issue?

Are you running into any issues with getting a conventional 30 year mortgage for an investment property?

I am not up on all the issues, maybe your Solo 401k provider or Henry or someone else here can comment. 

My issue is that I come from a low income background and have fought my *** off, pardon my language to get to where I am now and comfortable.

The main issue is getting the appraiser to consider your comps over theirs.

But be sure you wont run into any issues with backsplashThe kitchen overall doesnt look that bad.
