Look into a second job. 

A few suggestions, not for better search results, but these will help get guests who view your page to book - your first 5 photos should show an array of views, because when viewing on a laptop or desktop, all 5 are visible at the same time.

Just to add on to my last comment...Ask the contractor to redo the estimate with more detail and if he/she balks or stalls then find another contractor...that is a bad indicator for the $37K job he/she has ahead of them!

I would suggest you can expect mortgage rates to drop by a quarter of a point at a time (when the Fed meets)... and the way it's looking, probably not starting until 2025.  

. $5k seems about right to have a good paint job done.
