Hello,By califirnia law can you tell rental applicants that you can only rent to 2 people per room or there isnt any law that prohibits you from telling applicants what is the amount peoole you can rent to?

When you start getting around 50 grand or less you are going to likely have many management challenges over the years because of the type of tenant that attracts .

It actually got very difficult to find willing employees to work in a massive city that would not allow the grand majority of them to live within its City limits.

I know that Brian is an agent in Worcester and he mentioned that there wasn't much wiggle room on this price.

I have this idea that I will buy a 2-3 Bedroom town home while I am over there for grad school and live in it and rent the extra rooms out to help may the mortgage. 

That should give you plenty of cash-flow breathing room and let you keep the property and better weather any economic bumps.Then, for home #2, it sounds like it might be a desirable home in a cool part of Raleigh (downtown)?
