I'll unfortunately (or fortunately) will be in San Diego that week for work.

I say this realizing that a GR at the wrong time would have been devastating to my financial well being when I was younger and that I am fortunate to believe I can easily handle both a 25% decline in rent and a 25% decline in value.  

Fortunately every market down turn in San Diego in the last 60 years has been fairly short in duration. 

He signed up for Inter Nachi inspection courses for a few months, but we are fortunate to have a friend that owns an inspection company franchise and he said my husband could ride around with him for training which will be much better than the courses.

I was fortunate that I first started with turnkey I picked a company that has built an excellent reputation for integrity and effectiveness.
