I know I have been looking in state in CO, but realize if I have to drive 3 hours, I can fly to Kansas City or St.

Been flying for 16 years, just never did anything with it outside of instructing.

I would love to see more deals flying around town and would love to see someone else wholesaling!

I have listened to the first 30 or so podcasts from the beginning and due to all the suggestions I am just finishing "Rich Dad Poor Dad".I fly for the Air Force, have a wife and two kids, and am pretty unexpectedly excited about learning more about real estate investing.I would say that BP along with Rich dad poor dad has definitely given me a financial awakening that I did not truly expect.

I've never thought about buying house sight unseen, but now that I think about it, I guess what @Chris Grenier said makes sense, it's quite difficult to arrange showings and drive/fly to see multiple properties if a deal is there to be made.For those of you that have purchased sight unseen, do you have everything lined up beforehand, specifically lawyer (who is familiar with the city/state), property manager, etc.?

And I have had a 3rd client who owned a very large property in Mexico and their neighbor called them up to let them know that someone was trying to sell their house so he had to fly back.
