I bought this property before I was an investor so really had no concept of what an HOA really meant for me.

The market is very fluid now and I know of a few investors locally that bought expecting a windfall and passed on close to list offers hoping for a bidding war that never came and have a property that has had multiple price drops and no buyers.

I asked my realtor his thoughts about 203K loans and he said that they are pretty costly and that sellers aren’t fans of them, but i didn’t exactly know what he meant by that.Can anyone clearly explain what a 203K loan is, the requirements & why sellers aren’t a fan of these loans ?

But I wouldn’t sweat it, if it’s meant to be it will be.
