If you want to buy it first that's fine.As far as not needing the trouble, as an agent you can get that property in front of more eyes this afternoon than you ever could as a wholesaler.

The bill does have specific language that would supposedly free landlords of any civil liability regarding these pets, but I'm not sure if that would be enough in the eyes of an insurance company.

So I think the value is in the eye of the beholder and I doubt that valuation would be able to be proven to the point where someone would lay out that much money.
