We will put the office in, right off the bat, so the Electrician, Plummer, Security and Construction crews will have a place to stub all of the main controls and also have a warm bathroom to use.G.

The tile job looks very NICE (coming from a former tile setter) and the overall house has a warm welcoming feel to it.

If it is good market for swimming pools,(year-round warm climates) lots of different buyers would like thwn.... families, singles maybe older owners though depending on age and market they may want a community pool with accessibility but not all the work. 

If you are investing in a new market the most important thing you can do is develop a team that understands your investment strategy and that you can trust to execute you plan.As for us, we count warm bodies.

I find out how much the property sold for last, who bought it, the tax rate on the property, the appraised value of the property, etc...I don’t have to have all the planets in line, and the blessings of a priest to bid, but I do like to get that warm fuzzy feeling about the place.

Then you can properly prepare the place so it's warm and bright and multiple people viewing the property at the same time tends to make them competitive.
