Excuse my potential bad use of terminology here as I am very new to REI and am trying to get creative on my financing strategies.Basically, I have been looking into REI around the Seattle area (I live in Redmond, Wa) and want to get into the market while its still on the rise and while I am young (I'm 25).

Our customer base would be of better quality if we did.Our business would benefit if the industry actually established consistent operation practices and we got rid of all the mom and pop hobby landlords.

My bad.  

I hope that my readings at BiggerPockets equips me as much as possible for the RE world.

I cannot comment on the area, the condition, the tenant's quality, etc. as there's no info about it.So it is really a good deal is based on the numbers as well as other factors. 

I have done a foundation repair once and it was not as bad as everyone thought.

@Lakia Hudson there is a lack of real quality property managers in Baltimore.

   #3  Quality of tenants :  One of the biggest way to lose money is have bad tenants.  

Also in desperate need of a quality handyman.
