I wish there were more threads to track performances of existing deals by investors -- I just started looking at crowdfunding and did invest money -- now I am getting worried :-( The deals on realtyshares ( or other places ) seems very legit -- They offer attractive ratio with borrower investment as well as personal guarantee from borrower --
