My name is nicole Burke and I am from Columbus Georgia. I am a military officer and currently stationed in Germany. I know absolutely nothing about real estate. I saved up about 30,000 and wanted to do someting in real estate. I am very attracted to multiplex but very nervous about getting a loan. Is is smart to get a property for 30,000 thats already rented/occupied in staed of getting a loan for a multiplex. Thank you guys for this awesome site the amount of information is staggering.
