@Mike Imbriglio the lien is for all intents and purposes going to be added to your purchase price, because it is unlikely the seller has the money to pay it off and you can't get clean title without paying off the lien, (that is what its intention was).

Full paint and flooring (including removing some wall paper and glued down laminate flooring), patched holes in walls, replaced cabinet doors that were missing, replaced a few lighting fixtures, reconfigured closets that were missing hardware, cleaned up back yard.
