I did record my contract with the county register of deeds, so they will find out when they do their title search I assume.I very sure she did convince him to backout as she knew all the details of our contract.

That'll give you the option to only see the foreclosure, and if you need more info on the house you could just search public records.

In my opinion, out of state and overseas buyers are better off sticking with slightly higher income neighborhoods, so you might want to consider saving for another while before jumping in.If/when you do find a provider with a track record who has deals that look interesting, I would insist on speaking to some of their overseas clients to get an idea of their experience.Bonne chance!

Wholesaling is sort of the opposite of a real estate agent in some regards, though not necessarily in a negative way, and it does NOT require a real estate license -- it's just finding the right deals in neighborhoods with potential (NOT war zones) and filing and recording the correct forms and legal documents to execute the real estate transactions.
