'Cash is King' as it shows health in a business.Sure there is interest over the long haul, however aiming for equity build up over an extended period like 15 years could coincide with a market crash and as they have said 'you cant eat equity"

My reasonably well-informed layman opinion tells me that since you're not a government entity, nor a public or private one that's required to register with Federal or state authorities in order to conduct business, neither of these laws applies to you.Double check, though.
