I purchased a house 18 months ago and did an extensive rehab on the interior of the house but not the exterior. 

I'm now seeing interior damage that will cost more to fix.

Here are some of the key ones:-Civil engineer-Architect-Real estate attorney-Securities attorney-Competent real estate broker-Builder (VERY key)There are other things like interior decorators and such, but the ones above are REALLY key to making the project work well.  

-New bathroom vanities, tops, fixtures, toilets, tub, tile walls and floor-New light and plumbing fixtures throughout-New electrical outlets and switches-Paint exterior, interior, knock down texture ceiling-New front yard sod, new plants and mulch, clean and flatten backyard-New side fence entry doorsI'm sure I'm missing some items.Here is what our projects tend to look like after.

It's an 1800sqft interior, and a small exterior job.  

I just sold a previous business so aside from what I made from that the income we have is from my wife who is an interior designer at a flooring retailer. 

I've been officially been working construction for 5 years but had painting and interior finishing experience during high school....
