First interested to house-hack to save money during school How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Interested in getting licensed to sell in Detroit area....searching for online schools that are solid and will provide support for passing exam.

My Lake house is in a rural setting.There are still fun things to do outdoors while staying away from crowds.I've seen people come here and work and go to school remotely.It was been slam full since things opened back up rhe end of April.

Rents have to be strong (1%+), great location to major travel routes, great amenities, great schools.

We're not really on a forced timeline - we're renting now, and have a young son, and so want to be in and out of the house hack by the time my son is ready to attend school (he's 1 now), so we can settle somewhere more permanently.
