IMO, the property manager is the most important team player.  

Some players play every hand they can where they think they have an edge and capitalize by pushing thin edges in poker which leads to more risk and volatility but should yield more returns in the long run.

Also, the majority of major players around for 10 years plus for the most part have borrowed something. 

I have managed many apartments over many years, and I'd never manage anyone's rental and do a great job, be sure and make them a fantastic profit, make sure I kept tenants happy so they would stay, all maintenance well done at a great price, regularly meeting with all the players to make that all happen - for $95/month and not even a gas allowance. 

I stole from famous poker player (can't remember which) . really weak poker player "fish" was losing lots of money. 

If she continues to treat you with disrespect or demand unreasonable things, then show her the door.I tried to imagine a character like a sports team coach who was a coach all of the players loved, but they also knew they couldn't get away with crap with them, either, and then emulate them. 

So was listening to an economist today that specializes in working with REITS and other top players in the industryhe got on MFHis point was as things shake out..

The property manager is the key player, followed by a good RE agent, contractor and lender.
