@Daniel Pitner For those counties only names of the decedent, executor and attorney are available for probate leads, there isn't any contact info.

If there is a contact between us that states they are owed a certain amount of monies for early termination.

I am in contact with someone from their bank and want to check here first before doing anything.On that same note, I'm looking to connect with 2 private money lenders just to network and see how that side of the business goes, and possibly use for a deal that I have going now,and for future deals. 

Contact your insurance provider and see what they will cover and the cost of that coverage before considering purchase.Unfortunately a pool has a negative impact on the bottom line not positive. 

Have you contacted any lenders to see what loan programs they offer so that you can compare and choose the one that best suits your goals?

I assume you’ve had direct contact with the workers, maybe hire them direct since you didn’t have someone with workers comp anyway, and hope they don’t get hurt.
