I cant find any form of customer support for Craigslist, so no help getting it pulled.I then used my Google Voice # to send him a text to see if its still available....and he replied......it is :)...... so I replied with some question about it being occupied or not, can I meet him there this weekend?....

What about a traditional long term tenant who occasionally or regularly rents their unit for game weekend while they stays with a friend?

I’m hoping to be “done” by late March (done meaning, Refinance ready), but I will admit since I’m also house hacking I’m spending a little more and getting higher end things like granite counters and hardy board siding instead of vinyl.The SOW Right after purchase looked roughly like:(1) total rehab downstairs bath(2) new Sidding, new windows, new exterior door, new roof(3) new Prime/paint throughout (4) new counters and appliances and light fixture in kitchen (keep cabinets and floors = huge win)(5) cosmetic update upstairs bath (new vanity and shower fixture)(6) new carpet, paint, ceiling fan 3x bedroom(7) new heat pump and furnace(8) demo and replace deck*(9) add 2nd story deck with back staircase and upstairs door (I wanted to add this to make it really easy to Airbnb the master bedroom, but it might not be in the budget)I am doing a lot of the work myself on weekends with my dad which has been awesome learning as we go.

Yeah, ok then.Oh also weekends, I'd like to know what weekends are like to normal W2 folks. 

As a part time agent myself (still have a military commitment to fulfill) with a toddler, one on the way, and a working military spouse, I will say that it is only possible for me because:My wife is super supportive of our goals and knows I may need a few hours on a weeknight/weekend to work a deal.I am willing to take leave to serve my clients.I get up before my family does and go to bed after my daughter does because that is the best time to get work done.I ENJOY it. 

Pick up extra gigs on the weekends when you're young.
