Are you talking about having a website to capture leads and driving traffic to that site via organic and paid search?

Unless an agent actually uploaded sales data on their web site.

I found the topics with most posts usually are the most informative but now there's no way I can find the topic with some of the most posts.The web page push feature looks cool but produces redundant information,  some posts appear several times and looks unorganized. 

The home costs are much cheaper and the recent toll road allows more traffic to flow in that direction

Connect with other wholesalers and investors, you can drive for dollars, send direct mail, make cold calls, build a website and drive traffic through SEO and paid advertising, etc.

You can look at different city web sites to track down percentages, but they're all based on valuation (not appraised value).

This spot gets an incredible amount of traffic.

Thought I was the only one that gets drained from the BP traffic at times haha. 

I also do a ton of web development on the side and I LOVE designing systems.

Space has moderate foot traffic on major street among various mix of other businesses.
