It is in pristine, better than new condition with many upgrades so it would probably sell quick If I were to go that route.

Unless I was upgrading it to a Jacuzzi type bathtub I would normally have cast iron tubs professionally refinished and spend the extra money on the tilework etc.

After you purchase your rehab project, as soon as you can fly to the depot and get 2 things1 - new locks2 - boards for broken windowsI had a rehab a few months back where the back door lock was broken.
