Material prices are crazy right now and way too many uninformed people are watching way too many TV shows. 

I got a dog last year and dropped 15 pounds from just going on a daily walk instead of working, watching tv, drinking, eating or otherwise.   

Many folks have a short term memory but every time I hear someone talk about it I think of the movie Fort Apache and Howard Cosell saying on live TV that the Bronx is burning.

@Eric IppolitoHearing this makes me want to furnish my C & D class properties with furniture and TV's...and charge an extra $250 a month...

So many people waste money on baubles or $6 coffees and $150 cable tv subscriptions.

I like how we are still looking to move forward with our lives when when the axe drops, and the horses run free.I am going on the assumption that everyone I talk to, is hammered in the media frenzy and still thinking that the talking heads on TV or your favorite FB type outlet have any clue at all.

Fact is negative events (cat fights, violence, conflicts, bad news etc) have been craftily used to drive up eyeballs and ratings for reality TV shows.

Say it louder for some of the supposedly brilliant investors in the back who are too busy watching slanted TV to know better.Round and round the world turns.

(I thought, there must be something he doesn't know quite yet...)In 2010, a large group of Australians came to me begging for $10,000 properties that rented for $900/month, as they'd seen on TV somewhere.
